Roles and Responsibilities

• To understand and follow the work standards, efficacy, quality standards & work ethics
• which are set up by the organisation.
• Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules
• are being followed.
• To ensure that the project work is implemented according to standard operating
• procedures.
• Quality control in accordance with the standards, and monitor quality plans and inspections
• periodically.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating project schedule, project execution, project costing
• and project budget.
• Overall management of day to day construction site activities such as supervision of project
• subordinate staff, labour force, and sub contractors, material planning, work inspection
• along with quality control.
• To responsible for coordination with architects, procurement team and management for
• materials requirements of the project as per technical specification and identification of
• vendors/service providers.
• To continuously track the resource wastage at the project site and implement the methods
• to minimise the same.
• To responsible for exploring cost-effective solutions for the project.
• Responsible for coordination with marketing team with regard to project status and clarification of queries if any.
• To ensure clarification of clients technical quires if any along with sales & marketing team.
• Responsible for identifying training needs of subordinate staff and facilitating periodic training program including onsite programs.
• To bring to the notice of the management any un ethical practices noticed at site.To conduct Job review of subordinate staff and periodic performance appraisal as per
• management requirement. Responsible for submission of periodic MIS and related reports to the management.
• To continuously explore innovative methods for project site execution.

NOTE:

• Diploma in civil with 4+ years of work experience in civil industry.
• Graduate in civil engineering with 2+ years of work experience in civil industry.
