Channels Managers Prime Secured Lending Job in Delhi at RBL Bank

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sourcing:

• Develop and expand a strong network of DSAs across assigned geography.
• Generate mortgage loan (HL/LAP) business through DSAs to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Identify potential DSAs, negotiate terms, and onboard them as per company policies.
• Monitor customer acquisition funnels from lead to disbursal.

Channel Relationship Management:

• Maintain deep engagement with DSAs through regular meetings, performance reviews, and structured communication.
• Address channel concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and consistent business flow.
• Conduct training sessions for DSAs on products, processes, documentation, and credit norms.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track sales productivity, lead conversions, and TATs of each DSA.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards, and performance reports on weekly/monthly basis.
• Identify low-performing channels and revive or replace them as needed

Portfolio & Credit Quality Management:

• Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with credit risk parameters.
• Work closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth case processing.
• Review rejection trends, documentation issues, and work with DSAs to improve quality.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated on competitor activities, payout structures, and market trends.
• Share inputs for product enhancements, pricing strategies, and channel improvement.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling the secured business from Channels (for Channel Managers)
• Minimum 5 years of experience/ability to lead a small unit of 3-4 people
