VE Commercial Vechicles Limited is hiring for the role of Channel Service Manager- Aftermarket!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Right Experience to customer like PDI & ECS audit, ensuring required infra , process etc at workshop driving through Retx and OJT & training
- Emergency support from Workshops
- Resolution time of EOS support
- Technical support to workshop and Float Management
- First cut technical support & Interface with Uptime for quick support
- Report of Technicial issues
- Organise training from OEMs
- Supporting workshops in closing Technical Campaigns
- Effective Float Management
- Perception management of customers & Complaint management
- Adopt customers based on local need (as finalized in between RSM- Sales & ASM- AM)- regular visit, tracking on customer's experience and put required corrective action
- Repeat sales from these customers (Key customers)
- Assist CSM in planning connect activities and do necessary analysis on outcome
Requirements:
- Minimum education should be graduation-BE (Mechanical)
- Minimum 3 years of experience is required
- Expert understanding Customer Handling
- Comprehensive view of AM offerings
- People Management
