Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Channel Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline.
• Coach & guide agents to cross-sell and grow their business
• Make individual agents grow at least by 20%  Year On Year
• Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
• Be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications
• Support/guide the producer in all activities related to policy services
• Recruit and appoint agents for Gen Ins business
• Train agents on products, processes, and USP’s of Co.
• Identify a person who gives us time to do a motor insurance business.
• Attempt to compete with motor agents to associate with us
• Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATA AIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contests, Educational programs, etc.
• Do engagement activities daily for producers.
• Float all contests and club conventions on a monthly and weekly basis to producers.
• Support like endorsement, form filling, portal training, and other operation-related activities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years experience in any General Insurance company.
• Education: Graduate from any discipline with prior experience.
