- Performance review with select Non Performing New dealers(Quarterly Review
- Re-induction program for Non performing new dealer
- Identifying requirements for Capability Building program for Non performing new dealers. Performance review of A+,A category dealers (<80% performance adherence. Capability
- Building program for Non performing new dealersRe-induction and Training. 360 degree review of
- De-growth Dealers A+,A and B dealers. Planning and Review (Monthly) for index dealers / Other A+,A and B Dealers. Using MSS, MSS+ for performance improvement
