P&G is hiring for the role of Channel Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate in-market execution including Brand Toolkit Adherence
• Attending regular drumbeat meetings with the distributor team
• Responsible for enabling ongoing training and capability calendar of Trial Organization along with distributor partners
• Ensure the highest standards of controls and stewardship across distributor and agency partners and on-ground execution team
• Check the backroom operations and depot systems for better performance

Requirements:

• A Graduate (Degree in Science/Business/Commerce/Arts) or equivalent Degree preferably from a recognized University
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant activation experience across Sales promotion, Consumer Activation, or other BTL Executions preferably in the FMCG Sector
• Fluency in written and verbal English language and clear communication skills
• Passionate about implementing defined structures and processes with finesse and a strong operating field
• Forward-thinking and the ability to adapt and course-correct as needed, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives
• Outstanding communication & relationship skills including collaboration cross-functionally both horizontally and vertically
• Strong analytical skills, ability to deduce root causes & propose meaningful recommendations.
• A driven leadership skill for approaching things with a sense of urgency
