Job Description
- As part of the BP team you are responsible to:
- New BP acquisition
- Revenue from new BPs
- Existing BPs revenue & Performance
- New segment activation
- TPP revenue by BPs
- New clients from mapped BPs
Criteria
- Sales mindset
- Good communication skill
- Convincing skill
- Learning ability
Selection Criteria
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
- Post Graduate from recognized university or college
- Experience – Minimum 7 years Franchisee acquisition preferably in broking industry
