Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in developing visuals such as icons, infographics, illustrations, presentation slides, and simple video elements.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
• Work within existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to client-facing deliverables.
• Support the maintenance of creative assets including template libraries, project files, and visual style guides.
• Adapt visual assets for multi-platform delivery including presentations, e-learning tools, internal campaigns, and basic UI/UX mock-ups for

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s / PGDM in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of professional work experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exposure to motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro or Vyond.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint for template and presentation design.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
