FactSet is hiring for the role of Change Management Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, deploy and implement enhancements in the systems engineering environment.
• Ensure that systems engineering projects are deployed in a timely manner for FactSet’s applications.
• Serve as a point of escalation to troubleshoot, debug, and tune various systems-related issues.
• Do last-resort escalation to ensure that FactSet’s systems are running with acceptable levels of performance.
• Respond to systems-related engineering requests and incidents.
• Ensure that systems adhere to the uptime that FactSet’s internal and external products require.
• Provide pre-scheduled 24/7 on-call support on a rotational basis.  
• Ensure emergency systems situations are responded to in a timely manner.
• Develop, implement, and review processes and scripts.
• Automate various systems processes and workflows for internal consumptions.
• Do Personnel Management of direct reports and resources. 
• Ensure that the team is fully staffed and prepared to meet the evolving demands of their role. 
• Ensure proper project allocation and outline escalation paths for all issues.

Requirements: 

• Deep understanding of systems engineering technologies from the design stage through to implementation and support
• Need to be able to drive projects from a technical perspective and fully understand the ramifications of various design decisions
• Communication: We regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Time Management: Need to balance many incoming requests and prioritize appropriately
• Project Management: Project proposals, planning and execution
• Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Technical documentation
• Ability to quickly absorb and adapt to new technologies and challenges Technology is constantly changing and we must keep innovating to stay ahead of the curve
• Shift schedule is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
