TMF Group is hiring for the role of Change Management & Communication Analyst

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• To assist in the design and creation of corporate broadcasting content in accordance with the regional and global strategy of the Company
• To help in designing a content strategy and to collaborate with teams for creating corporate broadcasting content in the format of images, graphics, or videos
• To research and analyze broadcasting content from various internal sources
• To prepare scripts for videos and conduct interviews with key figures
• To ensure technical quality of broadcast outputs, including sound and visual elements
• To help in measuring the effectiveness of Corporate Broadcasting
• To monitor and analyze data for measuring the effectiveness of broadcasting content
• To research and evaluate the broadcasting trends and revise the content or communication strategy to reach target audiences effectively (if required)

Requirements: 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital broadcasting tools and software.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of media production and communications.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in communications or a related field.
• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting
• Additional certifications or training in broadcasting technology or media
