Change Management Associate Job in Gurgaon at Orange

Orange is hiring for the role of Change Management Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate and manage Change requests on the Orange Wholesale International Network backbone.
• Plan work and manage changes on the Orange Wholesale International Network.
• Ensure accurate impact calculation and customer notifications for network operations.
• Work closely with international partners to accept and qualify planned network changes affecting Orange customers.
• Represent customers to ensure maintenance is carried out in compliance with contracts.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Customers, Providers, Technical NOCs, and Partners worldwide.
• Monitor and follow up on operations carried out on the network.

Requirements:

• Ensure clear and precise customer communication
• Good Communication skills in English
• Knowing French will be an asset but not mandatory
• Ability to work across departments and across cultures
• Know how to take a step back and analyze data
• Be able to make proposals
• Use office software Word, Excel, Access
• Know how to synthesize and report
• Know how to manage priorities and work independently
• A knowledge of telecom transmission networks would be appreciated
• Knowledge of SDH, DWDM, Optical fibre, and IP networking will have a strong preference
