Orange is hiring for the role of Change and Release Management Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage workload distribution, and project assignments within the team as per business requirement. (Change Management).
• Ensure all the new team members are technically trained on tools/products & services to perform all service requests / RFCs within the committed timeframe. (Change Management).
• Accountable for the team’s performance on all the set global targets with regard to:
  • Productivity
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • TDD (Target/Committed Delivery Date)
  • Reduction in Lead Time to Connect (LTC)
  • Data integrity, quality & accuracy of information in tools
• Ensure all the process guidelines defined by process owners are being adhered to. (Change & Release Management).
• Establish and manage relationships with all customers and all key stakeholders. (Change & Release Management).
• Ensure healthy communications/interactions between all internal & external entities. (Change & Release Management).
• Mentor the team on all technical & soft issues.       
• Conduct regular and periodic meetings with the Team, one-on-one sessions with each Team Member and conduct employee engagement programs to maintain motivation, and identify and address staff problems, and issues thereby also containing attrition. (Change Management).
• Escalate Authority empowered to escalate to higher levels of management. (Change Management).
• Manage a team of 10-15 Delivery Managers executing Change and Release Management activities on Customer RFCs.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge and understanding of all the Products & Services offered by Orange
• CCNA
• Broader understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies
• Sound understanding of analogue and digital circuits, hardware, and network components
• Good understanding of the Telco Networks (PTT) environment
• Good Project Management skills
• Good Negotiation Skill
• Willing to work in shifts
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Self-Management, Decision-making, and Customer Oriented Attitude
• “Can Do” Attitude
• Transversal working across Teams
