Centre Manager - Microfinance- Karnataka Job in Chitradurga at Bajaj Finserv

Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Centre Manager - Microfinance-Karnataka!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct village surveys and prospect in selected villages. Explain BFL MFI JLG product offerings to all who attend the prospecting briefing.
• Source New Customers in the locations allocated, form JLG groups and promote financial literacy amongst potential borrowers
• Collect all information needed for sourcing, data entry/upload and/or validate documents on LOS, follow the entire sourcing process as defined in SOP
• Coordinate with BM for required approvals and Credit Ops officer at the branch for disbursements as per process
• Plan Center Meetings of customers and notify customers in advance of the schedule, ensuring 100% participation of borrowers in the center meetings. Resolve customer queries and promote top-ups/cross-sell as defined for the branch.
• Manage a portfolio of 450 – 500 customers

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a Microfinance portfolio.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Microfinance principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
