Centralized Legal Entity Controller Job in Pune at UBS

UBS is hiring for the role of Centralized Legal Entity Controller!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Work closely with the Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Risk, and other Group functions, as well as representatives from business divisions and significant group entities to ensure the activities of the entity.
• Ensure the maintenance of a strong internal control environment. Attest control tool and maintain evidence of same.
• Manage ad hoc queries from stakeholders including front office, COO, and financial controllers.
• Provide daily balance sheet commentary based on business drivers.
• Close books at month's end including clearing breaks, providing commentary on material moves, and posting journals.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification (preferably CA/MBA or similar).
• Proven experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or internal control areas of 0 to 4 years (preferably within the financial industry or professional services firms)
• Very good written and spoken English.
