Uber is hiring for the role of Central Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor the end-to-end processes for network generation and optimization across different regions and periods for our key markets.
• Align on global priorities and sequencing of network launches and expansion across multiple stakeholders including Product, Data Science, and Regional Ops.
• Optimize current processes and work on improvement opportunities to ensure that the manual inputs are minimal, necessary quality checks are in place, and unify the procedures that sit across processes and procedures.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage these core route generation processes for B2C along with proactively identifying areas for further improvement, optimization, and automation.

Requirements:

• Hands-on program management experience on complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Highly proficient in writing and understanding complex SQL queries, data pulling, and wrangling.
• Highly proficient in Python.
• Experience working on Data viz tools (Tableau, Data Studio).
