Axis Bank is hiring for the role of CBG: Feeder/Pre-screener SEG/MEG – CAMPU!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Productivity: Number of cases for which set-1 and set-2 documents (as applicable) are assigned to the Credit analysts for the defined period.
• Ensuring Sufficiency and Quality of the Documents: Full To Return (FTR) and Not Full To Return (NFTR) cases.
• Successful Completion of Training Modules: Completion of training modules related to job responsibilities.
• Compliance Modules: Completion of compliance-related modules.
• Key Projects Handled: Participation and contribution to key projects as assigned.
• Other KRAs: Additional KRAs as decided from time to time.
• Obtain Set-1 and Set-2 Documents: Obtaining documents directly from customers for renewal cases and failed attempts from centres.
• Stakeholder Management: Managing stakeholders for the assigned area of work.
• Ensure Quality and Sufficiency of Documents: Ensuring documents meet the defined Set-1 and Set-2 requirements.
• Undertake Stale Rating Tracking and STP Renewals: Tracking stale ratings and renewing Straight-Through Processing (STP) cases.
• Project Handling, MIS, Data Requirements: Handling projects, providing Management Information Systems (MIS), and fulfilling data requirements as needed.

  • Education:
    • MBA in Finance Freshers
    • Commerce graduates (formal degrees, certifications).
  • Experience:
    • Freshers or with relevant experience.
