Amazon is hiring for the role of Category Manager II!
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and managing billers’ relationship by championing their needs at Amazon
- Supporting the growth of billers’ business on Amazon by delivering on key business opportunities for the billers
- Supporting key improvement initiatives and projects: drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams
- Working with billers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
- Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business and establishing long-term, successful partnerships
- Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
