Urban Company is hiring for the role of Category Manager - Central!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive structural initiatives to promote category growth and enhance quality in collaboration with central leadership and city teams.
• Own end-to-end management of initiatives, including problem-solving, data analysis, process improvements, and execution.
• Support business heads in supply/demand planning, revenue forecasting, and category management tasks.
• Solve structural and analytical problems to accelerate category growth at a central level.
• Facilitate the onboarding of high-quality service professionals in the category.
• Develop and institutionalize service delivery standards and centralized processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, technology, and product to execute category and central-level projects.
• Partner with the marketing team to drive customer demand and improve service requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a "hustle and get things done" attitude.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
