Category Manager Job in Mumbai at TATA CLiQ

TATA CLiQ is hiring for the role of Category Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• To develop and implement a Menswear category business plan consistent with the overall Lifestyle Category and within budget
• To focus on achieving the desired focus brand sales mix, develop & enhance Omnichannel sales mix, and launch if new brands.· 
• Coordinate and research category trends & competition for this category to make in-roads for sustained growth for the present & future. 
• To ensure that the key metrics governing the health of this category are met, including Conversion rate, NPS, and the right ratio of GMV: NMV.
• To achieve financial output such as targeted NMV, AMOP, and Profit Contribution.  
• Interface with internal teams (cross-functional) to drive sales. 
• To suggest and give feedback on consumer-facing activities such as UI/UX, Supply chain, CS, etc.  

Requirements:

• Business Development- Seller/Brand Onboarding, Selection/Assortment Improvement
• Category Understanding- 360-degree view and understanding of the category
• Analyse Event and Non-Event Sales Data, Forecast, and Plan for Future Demand
• Negotiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Inventory Business
• Managing Marketplace monthly Sales Plan
• Maintain an optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics Stakeholders
