Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the Market issues efficiently
• Monitoring & improving the Market Response Time and Warranty Management System for EVs
• Market Issue analysis, Root Cause identification, warranty parts analysis, Countermeasure Implementation through MP ECN
• Speedy resolution of design issues thorough root cause analysis and countermeasure deployment and cascading to new development projects.
• Reduction in Warranty Claims & Cost of Electrical & Electronics Proprietary Parts
• Drive DFMEA / PFMEA practice considering market failures & usage conditions
• Parts Durability enhancement
• CTQ identification and cascading for quality upgrade
• Base Model@G4 / After Market MP /GB issues Resolution
• Gate tracking, Event trials, Dwg. Study.
• Alignment & senior review (MQ/GB/GPP/PL)
• Warranty, VTQI, Faster market issue resolution
• Social media analytics | advanced telematics system
• Software Issue resolutions
• Digitalization of customer issues
• Interviewing customers to learn about improvements an organization can make to its products and services
• New technology & EV components FI System – VCU, MCU, DC-DC, BMS, BCM, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduation in Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation)
• Product & Process expertise especially E&E proprietary parts
• 2-wheeler electrical sub-systems
• New Product Development
• Problem Solving and Defect analysis
• Project planning/ Project Management Skills
• PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, QC tools
• Drawing Study
• Auditing
• Analysing tools like Canalyzer, OBD Tool, PCAN, VCI Tool etc.
