Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth across Shopify (D2C) and marketplaces like Amazon and other platforms 
• Plan and execute Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing campaigns 
• Lead and execute influencer marketing campaigns including creator outreach, briefing, sampling, and performance tracking 
• Plan and implement product sampling initiatives to drive trials and awareness 
• Monitor sales performance, ROAS/ACOS, and conversion metrics 
• Execute push notification campaigns for engagement and retention 
• Manage product listings, A+ content, and coordinate new launches 
• Support offline marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and distributor coordination 
• Share offline selling ideas with the sales team and design schemes/incentives 
• Drive offline growth strategies even without a field sales team
• Track sales, inventory, and campaign performance; prepare periodic reports  

Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of experience in online and offline marketing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, influencer marketing, and sampling strategies
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and cross-functional teams
• Execution-focused with a strong growth mindset
