Cars24 is hiring for the role of Category Growth Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Call customers who dropped off from the PDI booking flow.
- Understand and resolve their concerns or technical issues.
- Guide them through the booking process.
- Ensure maximum conversion from leads to successful bookings.
- Maintain daily call logs and report conversion metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience in tele sales / tele calling/customer service (preferred: automotive or service industry)
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Ability to work with targets and achieve conversion goals consistently.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide tailored solutions.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and maintaining a positive tone throughout.
