Category Analyst - Payments Job in Bangalore at PhonePe

PhonePe is hiring for the role of Category Analyst- Payments

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Work on industry-leading UPI payment products: Lite, Autopay & others.
• Be responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting and any ad hoc reporting as may be required from time to time.
• Analyze operational & product data funnels regularly. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates & processes.
• Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance & business finance to bring new products and features to the market.
• Interface with banks, financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
• Perform in-depth competitive analysis & market research (primary & secondary) to put together market views on new payment products.
• Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments.
• Be able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders.
• Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products.
• Execute all operating plans independently.

Requirements: 

• Have 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Be agile and highly collaborative and be able to adapt to changing requirements
• Have strong analytical acumen, problem-solving and communication skills
• Be highly data-driven. Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL would be preferred
• Possess customer customer-first attitude; be always on your toes to lessen the pain points of customers
• Strongly focused on execution
