Category Analyst - Lending Job in Bengaluru at PhonePe

PhonePe is hiring for the role of Category Analyst-Lending!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of lending categories to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive category reports and dashboards to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, risk, etc.) to develop and implement category strategies.
• Identify and analyze customer needs and preferences to optimize the lending experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of lending models and algorithms.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with lending products and processes.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
