Category Analyst-Collections(Lending) Job in Bangalore at PhonePe

PhonePe is hiring for the role of Category Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track conversion rates at every stage 
• Ideate and implement A/B testing/other experiments for funnel improvement and optimizations
• Collaborate with marketing/CRM teams to develop campaigns/effective communication strategies to increase conversions
• Manage nurturing campaigns for higher engagements leading to low drops in the funnel 
• Use data-driven insights to influence internal/external stakeholders for funnel improvements
• Work closely with analytics to generate reports and dashboards for providing insights on funnel performance 
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• MBA/B.Tech from a Tier-1 institution with 1+ yrs proven experience in funnel management
• In-depth knowledge of marketing funnels, customer conversion techniques 
• Comfortable with large data sets with the ability to drive data-led decisions to achieve business goals 
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Influencing/Building consensus
