Catalogue Executive Job in Gurgaon at Afford Plan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing & Catalog Updates:

• Upload and update products across categories in the backend CMS (titles, descriptions, SKUs, images, pricing, inventory, tags)
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all catalog entries, especially health-related claims, ingredients, and certifications
• Support bulk uploads via templates and maintain catalog sync with ERP or vendor feeds

2. Quality & Compliance:

• Perform catalog audits to correct errors, missing data, or regulatory inconsistencies
• Ensure listings follow platform taxonomy, visual guidelines, and SEO structure
• Verify health and wellness products for compliance with internal guidelines

3. Coordination & Documentation:

• Work with category managers, content writers, designers, and vendors for catalog inputs
• Track catalog changes & maintain documentation of listings, updates, and timelines
• Coordinate timely pricing updates based on promotional schedules or vendor inputs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (commerce, life sciences, or marketing)
• Experience: 1–3 years in catalog operations or product data management in e-commerce (health, wellness, D2C, or FMCG preferred)
