Genpact is hiring for the role of Cash Application Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Review daily open AR listings and apply cash receipts.
- Prepare weekly AR reports for business team leads and department management.
- Address payment issues like double payments or discrepancies.
- Reconcile unmatched payments to ensure proper and timely application.
- Create and update basic reports and spreadsheets.
- Provide payment plans based on customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate
- Relevant work experience
- Accounting Knowledge
- Microsoft Excel Proficiency
- Ability to quickly understand Core systems, general business, and processes
- Adaptability
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- (Preferred) Good customer handling skills
