Cargo Operations Executive Job in Surat at IndiGo

IndiGo is hiring for the role of Cargo Operations Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day cargo handling at the airport.
• Ensure smooth acceptance, loading, unloading, and delivery of cargo shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation for cargo shipments (AWB – Air Waybill, security checks, customs clearance).
• Verify and process cargo-related documents according to regulatory and airline policies

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Cargo Operations / Airport Services / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Good communication skills (spoken and written English and local language).
• Basic knowledge of cargo operations and handling.
• Familiarity with cargo booking systems/software (like Galileo, Cargo Flash) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
