FIS Global is hiring for the role of Card Production Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Carry day-to-day production activities.
• Process Bank Files.
• Coordinate with the internal team for handover & acknowledgment.
• Coordinate interdepartmentally for troubleshooting of issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, & monthly MIS.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch challans.
• Coordinate with the client on PIN printing feedback.
• Coordinate with the bureau on PIN acknowledgment & issues.
• Take overall responsibility for the PIN printing area (High-Security Zone).

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years in back office/front office.
• Remain flexible to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.
• Work overtime when necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Maintain attention to detail and extreme accuracy.
• Have basic computer knowledge, i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email.
• Possess good communication and computer skills, and build strong client relationships.
• Minimum graduation in any stream.
