Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Main responsibilities in finance area will be to support, Investment advisory billing, Third party payment, Quality analysis and assurance.
• Work with business users on billing payment and quality assurance.
• Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team.
• Develop, Recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Develops and conducts briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly reports. Understanding of capital market and asset management industry Basic knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools such as cypress and playwright and other quality detection techniques Understands market data, its providers and significance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database software Basic understanding of fixed income, equity and derivates trading
