Capital Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Axa

AXA is hiring for the role of Capital Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Supporting the application process to obtain a BMA-approved internal model for XLB.
• Post approval, support the ongoing development and use of the internal model for XLB.
• Production and review of model inputs and outputs, including:
• Data manipulation
• Reconciliation tasks
• Running sensitivity tests
• Justifying appropriateness for the entity's exposure where necessary.
• Support the engagement with the BMA on the ongoing use and development of the internal model.
• Assist in producing written reports and quantitative output for communication and validation of the Capital Model.
• Respond to queries or ad-hoc investigations regarding the capital or underlying risk position of the entity.
• Ensure governance processes are followed and data quality standards are met.
• Produce and maintain model documentation to meet regulatory and professional demands.

Requirements:

• Highly numerate and analytical with good academic record (preferably IIT/IIIT).
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to understand complex mathematical models.
• Advanced coding skills in R, Python, or other programming languages.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills – preferably with experience in VBA.
