LSEG is hiring for the role of Capability Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Working with Business Leaders and SMEs to help deliver the multi-year technology strategic roadmaps.
• Engaging with the business to understand, shape, and define the requirements that get delivered via the program of CRM Technology projects.
• Working on an assigned portfolio of projects.
• Engaging with Technology Partner Organizations to ensure prioritized delivery.
• Supporting the successful transition of new capabilities deployed by CRM Technology programs and projects to BAU support.
• Providing BAU support of CRM Technology capabilities for our global user community.
• Working within the defined governance on platform resiliency and stability with a focus on driving down technical debt and capabilities reuse across divisions.
• Ensuring Technology Partner Organisations’ development follows a clicks-not-code approach to fixes and enhancements.
• Contributing to regular CRM Technology ‘Trailblazers’ user groups with support from CRM Technology experts, Technology Partner Organisations, and Industry experts. 

Requirements:

• Graduation degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ Years of relevant experience as an analyst in a Technical role.
• Experience in Project Management Methodology/Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills & knowledge of strategic business issues.
• Understanding of data and information Architecture.
• Salesforce and/or CPQ knowledge.
