Campus Recruiter Job in Noida at Teleperformance

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate bulk hiring events, including job fairs and vendor drives.
• Assist in large-scale hiring for BPO roles, including screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
• Maintain track recruitment metrics, including candidate data, interview feedback, and offer statistics.
• Assist in the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor/Master/MBA degree in any field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Technical Understanding: Comfortable using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
