Campaign Ops Executive Job in Bangalore at CRED

CRED is hiring for the role of Campaign Ops Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• own the internal workflow of gathering and validating campaign requirements from CRED product/ business teams and working with design/copy/ and tech teams to ensure smooth execution
• work on creating the campaign on the app screens, with strict adherence to TAT and quality metrics
• evangelize best practices and guidelines across internal teams for improving the campaign experience for members
• maintain the campaign calendar and ensure the requests are processed promptly
• monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency. help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights

Requirements:

• You have up to 2 years of work experience preferably in the fintech domain
• You have basic knowledge of SQL and data structures like decision tree
• You have familiarity with API platforms, like Postman
• You have previous experience in campaign management and cross-functional collaboration across internal teams like design, copy, product, and procurement
• You are structured, resourceful, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in ambiguity
