Campaign Operations Specialist Job in Bangalore at Infoblox

Infoblox is hiring for the role of Campaign Operations Specialist!

Responsibilities to the Candidate:

• Collaborate closely with the campaign operations manager to understand and meet program requirements and objectives
• Create programs in Marketo and SFDC, including campaign attributes and hierarchy structure, following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting
• Build targeted audience lists adhering to the company’s privacy and touch governance policies
• Provide thoughtful and actionable post-project reporting for stakeholders
• Standardize, cleanse, import, and verify dataflow for lists gathered from local events (tradeshows, seminars, etc.) and other sources
• Effectively communicate and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and results
• Work on Marketing Operations optimization projects

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of hands-on knowledge in Excel, Marketo, and Salesforce.com
• Ability to work flexible shifts per business requirements
• Passion for continuous improvement and learning, as well as for tracking and measuring the impact our marketing efforts have on the business
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or EE required
• Master’s degree in CS, CE, or EE preferred
