CRED is hiring for the role of Campaign Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own the Internal Workflow of Gathering and Validating Campaign Requirements from Cred Product/ Business Teams and Working with Design/copy/ and Tech Teams to Ensure Smooth Execution
- Work on Creating the Campaign on The App Screens, with Strict Adherence to Tat and Quality Metrics
- Evangelize Best Practices and Guidelines Across Internal Teams for Improving the Campaign Experience for Members
- Maintain the Campaign Calendar and Ensure the Requests Are Processed in A Timely Manner
- Monitor the performance of campaigns on parameters like (but not limited to) delivery, accuracy, and latency.
- Help business teams improve the outcomes by sharing relevant insights
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in campaign operations, GTM (Go To Market), product releases, launch & UAT
- Basic Skills in Sql (hackerank)
- Understanding of Data Structures (json), (decision Trees)
- Logical Expression Handling
- Stakeholder management (especially Product & Tech)
