Call Taker Job in Navi Mumbai at Mahindra Integrated Business Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Keep records of all conversationsin our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Ensure you follow the customerservice script provided by the company for uniformity.

Requirements:

• Need Confident Candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
• Should be able to understand and speak basic English.
• Should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts for Male.
• Should be comfortable working from office.
• Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
• Looking from Mumbai- Harbor & Central line only.
• Looking for Non-Technical Graduates.
