Responsiblities:

• Handling outbound customer calls to resolve inquiries, complaints, provide information and conduct follow-up calls.  
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls for various purposes, including follow-ups and surveys.
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow quality standards to maintain service excellence.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
• Strive to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• They should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask.
• The job may include some sales or upselling responsibilities.
• Familiarity with call centre software and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
