Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Answer incoming calls from clients seeking to place trade orders or inquiries.
- Assist customers with trade execution, order modifications, and account inquiries.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer concerns and issues.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all trades executed via phone are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trading regulations and provide guidance to clients.
- Document and report any suspicious trading activities in accordance with compliance protocols.
Customer Education:
- Educate customers on trading processes and best practices.
- Provide information about trading products and services offered by the company.
- Address customer inquiries regarding investment options.
