CAE Engineer Job in Gandhinagar at Miracle HR Solution Private Limited

Miracle HR Solution Private Limited is hiring for the role of CAE Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform "Geometry Clean-Up" on CAD models received based on the FEA analyses.
• Decide the type & nature of elements to be used in the analyses.
• Convert problem statement into FEA Loads and Boundary conditions
• Build an FEA model within the prescribed mesh count using coarse and fine meshes
• Debug error messages and successfully solve the model.
• Recommend design changes based on the FEA results to achieve optimal design stresses and product life Assisting with the design and release of production-intended designs that meet customer design life. 

Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals of Fluid mechanics, Heat & Mass Transfer, Turbulence & Laminar modeling.
• Knowledge of CAE/FEA analysis & related experience in the automotive domain. Basic knowledge of Engine block & Engine Cooling components.
• Ability to prepare CAE models in Ansys software.
• Ability to generate Heat Exchange performance enhancement proposals.
• Exposure to Vibration testing and developing correlations will be an added advantage
