CAD Customization Team Lead Job in Pune at CCTech

CCTech is hiring for the role of CAD Customization Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and maintain various modules of engineering applications in C++ and C#
• Develop/ conceptualize workflows/ algorithms for engineering applications
• Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions to the customer
• Experience in large software systems, legacy software systems
• Explore new technologies and frameworks 
• Take complete ownership of features including design, implementation, test plan, reviews
• Mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of C++ and C# developing experience, Min 4 years of experience overall experience
• Minimum Degree: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Mechanical, Production, or related discipline
• Strong knowledge of geometry, mathematics, and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good coding and best management practices
• Experience with OpenSceneGraph / OpenGL or any similar graphics library
• Hands-on experience in CAD software development/engineering application development 
• Self-motivated to research new skills and technologies
• Commitment to the broader range of product development goals
• Experience in leading development projects and mentoring of junior developers
• Experience working in a cross-functional organization with distributed teams.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and teamwork ethic within a diverse team environment.
