HSBC is hiring for the role of CA Industrial Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage and/or assist in the processing of Corporate action (CA) related transactions and processes like Dividend payments, e-voting, announcements, and other CA payments for Foreign Institutions as well as Domestic clients
• Maintain and enhance relationships with external parties, companies, registrars, and other units within DCC
• Adhering to Service Level Agreements and Operational Memorandum committed to clients, external parties and internal units
• Timely escalation of situations wherein the normal process steps might need to be diverted from
• Accurate processing/checking/authorization of various Corporate action related transaction processing. Due attention should be paid to accuracy / timeliness of completion of process/transaction within the client TATs agreed in the SLAs and ensure no client complaints
• Back-up for other officers in the section / Assist other officers by learning various desk jobs to ensure continuous movement of process
• Contribute towards improvement of productivity of self and team
• Maintaining a good relationship with internal customers like Client Service team, other units within DCC and the bank. Ensuring internal deadlines are met to meet the overall objective of ensuring excellent service to clients
• Maintaining HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintaining awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
