HSBC is hiring for the role of CA Industrial Trainee!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding of MIS and ability to handle the same independently.
• Research capabilities for NTBs, on Structures and gathering market intelligence to help the division achieve its objectives.
• Sales orientation and ability to handle customer interactions.
• Ability to work across the product suite of the division with the relevant team members and assist them in their business development, deal execution, and operational aspects.
• Ability to work with different business divisions of the Bank, in order to facilitate outcomes for our division.
• Reporting updates to the senior stakeholders regarding progress on goals etc.

Requirements

• Post Graduation in Business Administration or any relevant Master’s Program degree, Engineering degree, CA, Data Analytics degree, etc
• 1-5 years of experience having worked in the Banking Sector
• Research and cold calling capabilities to grow business
• Data Analytics experience will be good
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of PSL and extant regulations would be good
• Understanding of PSL products (Supply chain, PTC, DA, On-lending, Co-origination, etc)
• Ability to front-end with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bent of mind on digital processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and achieving targets
• Understanding of macro-economic factors and financial markets will be good
