Job Description:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Handle statutory audit and liaise with external auditors.

Internal Audit

• Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to internal audit schedules and documentation protocols.

Finance & Budgeting

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor budget vs actual and provide variance analysis.
• Support cost control and resource optimization strategies.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and compliance regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies as needed.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and ageing analysis.
• Monitor customer collections and maintain accurate AR ledgers.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Document SOPs for key financial processes.
• Drive automation and digitization initiatives in accounting functions.
