Key Responsibilities:

• Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
• Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
• Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
• Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team
• Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate 
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
• Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
• Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
• Coordinate for the Channel Partner payout’s post booking
• Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT

Currently, Shriram Properties has successfully completed 44 projects, encompassing 24.4 million square feet, and is actively working on 26 ongoing projects. Demonstrating a strong commitment to growth and development, with a whopping 42 projects in the pipeline, spanning 42.1 million square feet of saleable area.
