Embrace IT is hiring for the role of Business Transformation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Assist in designing and implementing new processes and procedures post-Acquisition.
  • Assist in implementing necessary software tools and processes at the portfolio company to improve productivity and obtain more visibility into the business.
  • Work closely with senior team members to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes.
  • Assist in evaluating different software platforms and selecting more relevant platforms against the requirements.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Engage effectively with other members of the diligence and finance teams who report directly to the CEO of Embrace.
  • Assist in due diligence of potential acquisitions and investor reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/Engineering or MBA in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement or Business consulting or Software Implementations.
  • Experience in using or implementing ERP such as CRM, Helpdesk, Accounting books (Zoho, Freshdesk products, QBO, Zendesk, Microsoft, SAP, Jira etc.) will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively with a variety of teams and leaders at all levels.
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into software functionality.
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, financial modeling, and accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to work under less supervision.
  • Proactive and eager to take on challenging tasks.
