BlackHawk is hiring for the role of Business Systems Analyst II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build models for new and existing customer opportunities
• Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
• Present findings and business insights to senior management
• Support the development of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to summarize results and provide insight into Marketing performance
• Drive improvements to processes, systems, and reporting to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future results
• Interface with the Company's Galaxy/Datawarehouse team to ensure accurate flow of data
• Maintain information databases by entering, verifying, backing up and correcting data
• Perform ad hoc analysis and lead marketing evaluation of projects as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Analytical, PBI, and reporting skills required
• Strong computer and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly Self Motivated
• Proactive vs. Reactive
• Demonstrates ability to operate in a cross-functional team environment
• Able to demonstrate leadership/ team player values
• Able to take a request with/ basic guidance & deliver a presentable finished product
