Qualcomm is hiring for the role of Business Systems Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan, capture, analyze, and validate the business, and functional requirements and create business deliverables
• Understand the applications, and technical platforms utilized
• Produce product requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes
• Translate business requirements for the development teams
• Support testing of the business requirements against the functionality of solutions
• Ability to successfully synthesize data and derive business decisions
• Automate current manual processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with global business teams

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
• Experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, and managing business, functional and technical requirements
• Traceability matrix, end-to-end mapping from user story/business requirement through product/feature launch
• User acceptance test plan test case writing, planning, and execution
• Effectively communicate with all levels of business and IT
• Proven critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
