Business Systems Analyst Job in Noida at Clearwater Analytics

Clearwater Analytics is hiring for the role of Business Systems Analyst! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for administration, maintenance, enhancements, configurations of Workday modules, including: HCM, Prism Analytics, Absence, Recruiting, Integrations, Learning, Financials, Payroll, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Projects
• Manage all capabilities associated to business processes, security roles, configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, Feature Release updates/testing/management 
• Maintains Workday security design, configuration, workflow, and security administration.
• Responsible for being knowledgeable regarding the Workday roadmap and upcoming product releases, reviewing release notes, assessing new features, understanding the impacts on business processes and basic changes in functionality. Maintains a complete understanding of the system to act as a liaison between IT and functional areas.
• Analyze requests for new Workday functionality, implement new features, triage incoming support requests, and handle or route appropriately
• Maintain a healthy Workday environment by periodically reviewing configurations, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Plan, create, and maintain the appropriate documentation, inventory assessments, and procedures related to administration of the applications, system
• Work with stakeholders to assist them in building Workday based reports, dashboards, and planning views based on different user requirements to provide them with actionable project metrics and status reports where appropriate

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience administering Workday modules
• Technical knowledge of Workday modules (Clearwater owned modules: HCM, Prism Analytics, Absence, Recruiting, Integrations, Learning, Financials, Payroll, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Projects)
• Discipline to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical support.
• Communicates positively and effectively with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders from different countries and cultures, to understand administrative needs and resolve support issues
• Understand a variety of different business needs and processes currently using HRIS tools, and recommend automation of business processes where appropriate
• Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proactively finds improvement areas and does not need daily supervision
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365
• Experience administering EIB’s strongly preferred
