Zeta Global is hiring for the role of Business Systems Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Make recommendations for solutions or improvements that can be achieved and attained through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. 
• Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software requirements. 
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team. 
• Design a system to meet the business objectives and goals. 

Requirements:

• Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques.  
• Ability to develop and prepare use cases, functional specifications, technical requirements and UAT test plans. 
• Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.  
• Strong consultative and advisory skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication. 
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Ability to acknowledge marketing and strategic needs to assess and recommend technical requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Web-services experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs desired
• Experience with software implementation from requirement through design, development, and user acceptance
• Ability to scope and price projects and solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing software.
